TSI was on hand at the AFCA Region 7 Fire Chiefs Meeting on August 9, 2018, to pilot the questions that will be used for the project’s in-person, telephone, and web-based surveys. After interviewing eight fire chiefs, we were able to receive some valuable feedback that we have now incorporated into the final survey. These changes will help ensure we get the right information needed to develop a guidance framework that makes sense for Alberta’s Fire Services.
The TSI team will be launching the rest of the in-person surveys in early September and Banister Research will begin the online and phone surveys the week of August 20, 2018.
